Terms and conditions of the MOVEONKELIVEON Contest

• What is a MOVEONTOLIVEON contest?

Starting September 2020, apart from the referral bonus that customer receives for every successful referral made, top 3 highest referrers by the end of the month will get to win: 

• 1st rank: Samsung Galaxy A51
• 2nd rank: Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0
• 3rd rank: Earphone JBL

Monthly MOVEONKELIVEON winners will be announced every 1st of the following month. E.g. You’ve won top 3 highest referrers in the month of September. You will be announced as a winner on October 1st. 

Note: Live.On has the right to adjust the prizes in each contest period and will be communicated ahead of time. 

• I was in the top 3 in August, can I still win the monthly prize?

This MOVEONKELIVEON contest only started from September 2020. So, unfortunately, the Referral Leaderboard in August cannot be counted as part of the contest program. However, we will be giving another special gift to the three biggest Referral makers in August as a token of our appreciation.

• I already won this month, can I win again next month?

Unfortunately, no. You can only win MOVEONKELIVEON contest once in a year. If in case you’re in back in the top 3 next month, then unfortunately we’ll have to assign the winning title to someone else. 

• I was declared a winner. How do I get the prize?

Prizes will be delivered directly to your address. Before that, the Live.On team will contact you to collect your personal data and shipping address.

• I referred my friends today, why didn't my leaderboard rank go up?

The referral leaderboard only displays referral success and is counted when the referee has an active SIM Card. The SIM Card active date may not be the same as the sign-up date. In addition, the leaderboard is refreshed daily, so if the new referee is active today it is possible to reflect on tomorrow. Please check regularly.
