Why can’t I set up the Personal Hotspot on my iPhone?

This is a common issue specific to iPhone users. You will need to do a special setting on your Personal Hotspot tab on your phone. Here, you can follow these steps:

• Open Setting and tap the Cellular menu
• Tap Cellular Data Network
• Fill in the following details on the bottom of the Personal Hotspot menu:
• APN: Live.On
• Setup the username and password
• All good! Your Personal Hotspot can now be activated.
