If you encountered this problem, you need to check:
- Enter the ICCID number correctly
- If you previously entered ICCID by scanning a barcode, please try manually by entering the last 7 digits of the ICCID number/SIM card number
If you have any further help, you can send the SIM Card picture (that showing the ICCID number) and also the screenshot of your failed activation to happiness@liveon.id
