If you encountered this problem, you need to check:
- Enter the ICCID number correctly
- Enter the order number correctly and no missed typing (especially if you order via e-commerce). i.e numeric "0" and alphabet "O".
- If you purchase a couple of SIM card, make sure the ICCID number and the order number is match (from the same order).
