- Make sure you are still in Active Period.
- Try to receive SMS/Message from different numbers. If it's successful, you do not have any problem at all with your message setting.
- Ensure your SMS Inbox is not full.
- For Android users, please ensure the Service Center Number (SMS Center) has been configured correctly, by going to Message Menu - Setting - SMS Text - SMS Center +62817xxx.
- Try to Restart/Reboot your device and re-try to send the sms.
