Uh oh. That’s not cool. Here’s what you can do:
- Make sure you have sufficient data on your plan by checking your data balance via the Live.On App.
- If you have a problem opening a specific Application, make sure that you have the latest version of the application.
- There are certain websites that are censored by the government that’s why it wont open. This could be the source of the problem.
- Clear cache and cookies
- For App Problem: clear cache and cookies on that application.
- For Website Problem: Aside from clear cache and cookies, you can try to access that link using another browser.
- If the problem persists, you can try to Uninstall then Reinstall the app.
- Refresh your Network, by turn on-off Airplane Mode or by restart/reboot your device.
- Since this happens only to certain applications (not all applications), then we suggest you Retry after a few moments, or please reach to the App's support team to highlight the issues.
