Oh no. You don't need to worry, we will change your SIM card for FREE! But you need to check:
- Is the sim card physically damaged so it can't be used?
- Or, is the physical card normal, it's just not readable on all devices?
- Does the signal indicator not appear at all?
- Have you restarted and even disabled it but the signal indicator still doesn't appear?
