Too bad, we’re sorry to hear that! There are few potential sources of problem behind a rejection:
1) You entered your NIK and KK number incorrectly.
2) Your NIK and KK have been registered for 3 phone numbers within the same network (XL, Axis & XL Prioritas)
3) Your NIK and KK are not updated on Dukcapil data.
If it’s number 2, you may unregister one of them by sending an SMS using the SIM you want to remove to 4444, and type in UNREG#PhoneNumber#, OR you can visit the closest XL center to you if you no longer have the SIM with you.
However, if your problem is number 3, we suggest you contacting the Population and Civil Registration Agency (Dukcapil) Office to synchronize/consolidate data via hotline 1500537, WhatsApp with number 08118005373, SMS on 08118005371, or email call center.dukcapil@gmail.com.
