To track shipments, please click the following link by entering your date of birth and Live.On number (without starting with 0) then you will be redirected to the order page, a JNE receipt number will appear which you can track here.
You also don't need to re-activate, you can directly install Live.On on the device you are using. If no signal appears, please restart or deactivate the device in 3-5 minutes then reactivate.
